We have a 25 bedded facility to provide transition care.
Care needed from the stage of discharge from multidisciplinary ICU till they completely recover to be sent home.
Most corporate hospitals are too expensive to provide long-term care and patients end up getting discharged at an early stage.
Here we aim at providing transition care and take care of patients right from ICU stage till they are completely independent, thus minimizing post ICU complications, reduce assistance and provide good confidence & quality of life.
